DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THIS UNION OFFICER? He appears to be a 2LT. IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HIS NAME AND UNIT. On the reverse side of the photo it says Partridge's Gallery, Wheeling West Virginia.|
Findagrave was founded in 1998. When I first joined this site back in july 1999, we had to mail our photos to Utah and they would upload the records. This meant I did not get credit for many records. Anytime you see my photos dated before 2002, that meant I found the records but only credited with the photo. I would guess it was around 2011 that they added links to connect family members.
I strive to do Quality Work, Not Quantity Work.
Copyright information: You may use my photos. Most people do not give credit to the people who actually take the photos.
People listed as FAMOUS on this site are "maintained by findagrave", which means only they can edit/add information. Any records I have that are Famous, I can't change a thing for you, sorry.

Tom thanks for your prompt reply. Based on your meticulous work I assumed your source was a normally reliable one.
I found the death certificate on line and believe that surname “Voth” could easily be read “Vath”, and the mother’s given name could be read “Agnes”, her maiden name “Stabb” vs “Staub” is likely just a different spelling. The parents were from Germany all be it they always gave Bavaria as their birth location as was Agatha’s. I believe the father’s name is simply incorrect on the death certificate and it should be Adam.

Tom I am a great grandnephew of Agatha and would like to know source information for her parents which are listed as "Parents were Jacob and Agness (Stabb) Voth from Germany."
I have some minor differences in the information as well as a some concern about the fathers given name which I believe should be Adam Vath and believe I can document the differences. Including Agatha being listed in Adam Vath's Obit.

Many Thanksgiving Blessings to you and your loved ones, dear Tom. ❤ "Remember God's bounty in the year. String the pearls of His favor. Hide the dark parts, except so far as they are breaking out in light! Give this one day to thanks, to joy, to gratitude!" ~ Henry Ward Beecher
