|Family Searcher||Terms used in biographies|
Minor iritation me being a veteran and prefering proper term be used. On numerous biographies for Medal of Honor receipients the term Congressional Medal of Honor is used. A simple check of government references shows that is INCORRECT. The proper term is Medal of Honor, not CMH, not Congressional Medal of Honor, etc.
While some may dismiss this as being too picky I think we all want to record these memorials correctly.
Thank you & Happy Thanksgiving.

I have recently been alerted by a member that I had duplicated a memorial. I found that the Find-A-Grave member who had entered the original memorial had passed away, I am willing to delete my entry, but would like to "merge" my research into the original. Can you help?
Burial: Central Cemetery, Dunstable, MA
Thanks for your help.
|E. Darlene Veo||Linked Siblings|
Hello, Russ. I understand that siblings are linked automatically, and I understand how that is done. But what if the listed siblings are NOT "half" brother and sister, but instead are "full" brother and sister? Can anything be done to rectify the error on the database through your web master?
My grandfather is Leslie E. Veo #43748739
His parents are George M. Veo #43748634 and Gertrude Veo #43748679. The sibling the sibling in question is Olive # 54884659
Then under the "Calculated Relationship" field, it shows that Leslie and Olive are Half-siblings. This is totally incorrect. They were full-siblings.
I noticed that Gertrude was not linked as her mother, so I went in and added this through the Edit tab, but I'm seeing that the relationship has not changed, nor has the link shown up on Olive's record.
Any questions? Advice?

Where do we go for help. I have one person, two Find A Grave. I requested the newest one to merge with the old and she came back and said no.
There are two headstones in two different cemeteries however there is a great deal of good information on both files.
Where do we go to get these merged?
Find A Grave Memorial# 133076076
Find A Grave Memorial# 107271861
Please tell me if you don't think they are the same. Thanks for your time.

The person who is in charge of this memorial seems to have deleted their account. I am trying to add information and link family members in this cemetery who's LAST names begin with Dorey and Phelps. Can I possibly take control of these accounts in this cemetery for these surnames where this person, Megan Heyl, has control, but is somehow not contactable.
Thanks for your help.

|ethel chapman||My memorial number;|
Am not sure who to contact as I can find nothing where I can .
On my find a grave no.,47253075., where I can receive messages and ect typing in this no., they are not always getting ahold of me... but that of
the grave of Alice M. Hill... who also is seen with this same no., 47253075.
What can I do to correct this as I really do not
want to change my number if at all possible.
Thankyou Ethel DAWSON-Chapman.

I would prefer to no longer receive any messages for Aunt Dud 48806913. I have been a Find A Grave Contributor for over 12 years and feel this person should be warned about her messages.
|Tambre Bergstrom-Markfort||Messages on Find A Grave|
Hi there - I received a notice that I had a new Find A Grave message, and when I click the link I only see one message (from last year), but there is a "2" next to messages; is there something I need to do to see the new message?
How can I delete my account here? Can the administrator delete it for me?
