I had been very lenient in the past with transfers, but because of a certain contributor demanding transfers and expecting every request for transfer to be granted, (neighbors, friends, classmates, etc.) and the hateful, rude, and ungrateful contributors, I have found it works better to follow the FAG guidelines for transfers -- direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
