Bio and Links
Bio Photo DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THIS UNION OFFICER? He appears to be a 2LT. What is HIS NAME AND UNIT. On the reverse side of the photo it says Partridge's Gallery, Wheeling West Virginia.

Findagrave was founded in 1998. When I first joined this site back in july 1999, we had to mail our photos to Utah and they would upload the records. This meant I did not get credit for many records. Anytime you see my photos dated before 2002, that meant I found the records but only credited with the photo. I have numerous trees on ancestry that I have done for friends. Ancestry com is where family trees are put together. Findagrave is a separate entity---This is one of my contributions I leave to future posterity.

Tips on researching your family tree.
Records from the 1800s:
Example 1. Mary T. Lincoln, the 'T'
usually represents her maiden name, not her middle initial.
Example 2. Robert Todd Lincoln. The first born son's middle name is usually his mothers maiden name.In this example, Todd is his mothers maiden name.

My goal is to do Quality Work, Not Quantity Work.Copyright information: You may use my photos. Most people do not give credit to the people who actually take the photos.People listed as FAMOUS on this site are "maintained by findagrave", which means only they can edit/add information. Any records I have that are Famous, I can't change a thing for you, sorry.

#82484404 Ennis Walker
I was hoping you may have been contacted by relatives of Ennis Walker. In a local antique market in NE Georgia I saw his framed Missouri marriage certificate dated 31 Oct 1878. I am not related to this family but would be glad to give them the information they need to contact the vendor that has this item up for sale.

Capt Aaron Hill
I posted a photo to his memorial #68425441, some of the information looks like a match to what you have posted, but not all. The marker is located in the Soldiers Hill section of Woodlawn Cemetery. If you think it doesn't belong to this memorial, I will remove it. Just let me know.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful picture of the headstone. They are the maternal grandparents of my step-daughters and I am glad to have this memorial for them.

Thank you so much for the photos in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

You make me happy and I was able to add a death date to the memorial for Alice because of your efforts.

Blessings and Happy Valentine's Day

Tom; I'm not sure what "special officer" means as we did not use that term at KCPD. However, I would assume it means a special unit, i.e. specialized unit such as SWAT or it could be a government position.
