Bio and Links
Bio Photo DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THIS UNION OFFICER? He appears to be a 2LT. What is HIS NAME AND UNIT? On the reverse side of the photo it says Partridge's Gallery, Wheeling West Virginia.

Findagrave was founded in 1998. When I first joined this site back in july 1999, we had to mail our photos to Utah and they would upload the records. This meant I did not get credit for many records. Anytime you see my photos dated before 2002, that meant I found the records but only credited with the photo. I have numerous trees on ancestry that I have done for friends. Ancestry com is where family trees are put together. Findagrave is a separate entity---This is one of my contributions I leave to future posterity.

Tips on researching your family tree.
Records from the 1800s:
Example 1. Mary T. Lincoln, the 'T'
usually represents her maiden name, not her middle initial.
Example 2. Robert Todd Lincoln. The first born son's middle name is usually his mothers maiden name.In this example, Todd is his mothers maiden name.

My goal is to do Quality Work, Not Quantity Work.Copyright information: You may use my photos. Most people do not give credit to the people who actually take the photos.People listed as FAMOUS on this site are "maintained by findagrave", which means only they can edit/add information. Any records I have that are Famous, I can't change a thing for you, sorry.

Swan Peter Nelson
Hi,Swan Peter is my great grandfather and its the Nelson family Plot hes buried with his first wife and son Arthur J Nelson Sr and his wife Grace Nelson. A grand son Arthur Jr and his wife Mable as well as a great grand son.My father was Swan Peters grand son also, Swan died 4 days before my father was born in 1911. I see you have Swans second wife Anna there to. I was wondering if you would transfer
Swan to me or if not let me send you a picture of Swan and to link him to my father Robert Edward Nelson. I will be adding others of his family to. I have nothing on Anna, in fact no one in my family knew much about her as his divorce to my great grand mother was not pleasant to the point she put herself down as a widow for the rest of her life. I do have pictures of her and their 4 children. My name is Carole A Nelson Ketterer. Born and raised in Kansas City Mo now in Az. Thank you

Tim Tam # 15356447
Thanks for trying. I can't believe that Find A Grave thinks a Hall of FAME Horse is not Famous. And, look at the Find A Grave FAMOUS Memorial # 7749120, Tim Tam is listed on it. Oxymoronic. There are a number of other thoroughbreds they accepted as famous with far, far less credentials. I think I will communicate with them on this subject as from my research it is obvious Find A Grave personnel has no knowledge of thoroughbred racing.

RE: charles moore
Thank you. That worked perfectly. I have since found his obituary in the Kansas City newspaper. Although one source had said Charles was his brother, the obituary listed a Charles Moore as his son. I appreciate your help very much.
