No need to ask for permission if you can use any photos that I have taken. I take these photos for you...they are yours to do what you wish. Also if you come across a memorial that is your family member I will be happy to transfer the memorial to you. I enjoy researching my own family's genealogy and finding their cemetery plots. And of course while I'm already at these cemetery I search for requested photos. I get geekly excited when I'm able to find a headstone that someone is looking for and am able to provide them with a photo of their loved one's headstone.
