RE: Adele Langston Rogers, wife of William P. Rogers
Thanks so much!!

Adele Langston Rogers is from my hometown of Wenonah, NJ.

She was quite a groundbreaking woman. She attended Cornell Univ and graduated in 1933 -- president of the class of 1933. I wonder how many Ivy League schools had women class presidents -- now or then?

She then went on to attend Cornell Law School and get her law degree.

President Nixon made her the first female recipient of the the Presidential Citizens Medal.

Adele Langston Rogers, wife of William P. Rogers
Thank you for your contributions to findagrave.com

Great photos of the gravestone of Secretary of State William P. Rogers.

One side of his stone also pays tribute to his wife, Adele Langston Rogers.

Would you consider putting those photos on her memorial? The link to her memorial is below

Thank you,

All the best,

May I use the photo you left for John Nelson US Attorney General #7527082 for his wives? I am descended from his first wife and would like to add the photos to her memorial, I would be able to crop the parts with each wife separately, but would also like to use the one showing all three connected. I am going to create a memorial for his second wife also.
Regards,
Shari

I am sorry to tell you but your Head stone pictures do not match the Birth and Death of this man, It's the ODD FELLOWS CEMETERY IN CLARKSBURG, WV.
I am just letting you know so maybe you can correct this.

Thanks,

Katina Peters
