I am a genealogy enthusiast and hold extensive information on my families...I joined Find A Grave to search for additional information and share information that I have collected. Almost all of my entries are direct ancestors of mine. If I do add a memorial that is not a direct ancestor I would be happy to transfer a memorial to a relative, under the Find A Grave guidelines. I do not want to keep memorials that are direct members of another person's family, just to add "numbers" to my profile.I believe that the memorials should be with the family members that know their story and can add to their memorial.

These memorials honor families and I hope to preserve this information for future generations.
