Since then I have been hooked this is a great site to learn and to get to know the history of people and events. I love to travel, siteseeing, meeting people, cars, sports, reading, writing and collecting.

RE: Terri Harris
Thanks. The legend of Lee Marvin was a topic for great speculation while I was there. You are correct the campus has grown dramatically in recent years. I served a couple of terms on the alumni board, which ended about five years ago, We are having our 50th reunion this fall so I look forward to going back.

RE: Terri Harris
I actually went to Saint Leo College Prep which closed following our graduation. The successor institution is Saint Leo University. It is about 5 miles west of Dade City. It was a boy's boarding school.

Since it is a lawn crypt - a single space designed for two burials (One on top of the other), I'd assume it is a full body burial. I guess ashes could be interred there if the other person did not want cremation. Most I would think are two caskets/vaults one above the other. Conserves land.

RE: Terri Harris
Last week when I drove by Terri's grave, I was delighted to see that her permanent marker had been placed. Those are very large markers and do take some time to produce. Glad to be of help.

By way of coincidence, I graduated from a high school near Dade City, FL in 1964. In a sense I could also use the handle - florida_boy_64.

Alden Louis Lovell
If you have time, please leave flowers for Alden Louis Lovell (#37900374). He was the beloved father of one of my other Find A Grave friends, KJV Guy (a.k.a. Mark Lovell). He was a devout Christian and a devoted family man who loved everyone he met. He was also a concert violinist who loved classical music and many other kinds of music. I put him in my activist cemetery because he was involved in the African-American civil rights movement of the 1960's. He marched with MLK and was the first white business owner in his community to hire black workers.

RE: Left flowers
Good morning florida boy,
I have the perfect picture of my Daddy, but it is still in Texas with my Mom, so when I get it I will post it.
Daddy's hobbies were, fishing, working in the garden, he had a green thumb. He also liked riding horses. Daddy was a bull rider in our rodeos every year, but this was before I was born. His favorite sports were football, San Fran 49ers, and the Dallas Cowboys. He also liked baseball, the Angels. He was also assistant umpire for my cousin's little league baseball.
Daddy loved music and always had records playing every weekend.
You know, I could have put this on his memorial.
Oh, my son is awake. Write ya later. Have a wonderful Easter.
