Morgan graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1972, and a MBA in 1984 from University of Scranton (PA). They live in Alaska, where Morgan works as an Energy Engineer.
Together we have 5 children and six grand-children. We enjoy sight seeing, visiting National Parks and State Parks throughout the USA, reading, photography, history, Volksmarching and hiking, learning and seeing the history of our great country, and GENEALOGY!

|Leon Armentrout||Foster Vandevander|
Per the West Virginia History and Culture website, theh Veterans Database, Foster Vandevander died on October 14, 1918 in Vaubecourt, France of pneumonia. This is substantiated by The Soldiers of the Great War, Vol. III, p.411, which indicates that he died of disease. He was not named as having been killed in action.

Currently I am preparing a biography for Foster Vandevander to be posted on the Veterans Memorial section of the West Virginia Archives and Culture website.
I would like your permission to copy the grave marker for Foster Vandevander which you posted on his Findagrave memorial.
His great grandmother Nelson was a sister to my Great-great grandfather Nelson.
