Dec. 2023- Problem getting Find A Grave site up- Problem loading page. So if I don't reply it is because I wasn't able to, hopefully this will be resolved even though my computer is old! I love this site!

I suggest for those wanting all your deceased relatives or friends, it is easy to make a collection of these memorials in a "Virtual Cemetery" , this can be used for any subject you might be interested in also. Try it, you'll like it!

Oct. 2021, Sad to see the huge and many ads now on the memorials. I love to add flowers for memorials I work on, it doesn't mean I'm related, just that I care that they are remembered.

I want to add that if you want to contact me, you don't need my email address, just send me a message ON THIS SITE, it immediately comes to my email address FROM FIND A GRAVE! Thank you all who send edits and other information for my memorials, I appreciate your help.

A family tree can wither if nobody tends its roots, please share all you have to help others family trees bloom! I don't know where I got that, but it is perfect for this site and I do my best to help others if I can.

I have just found a wonderful new thing to MERGE two memorials, it is under the SUGGEST EDITS and will help a great deal with duplicate memorials! For 2018 some things have improved, but others are disappointing. I hate the way you have to type in the name of the cemetery and it is suppose to come up, if there is a space and you don't put that in, or any little thing wrong, good luck with finding a cemetery or person. (They are listening to our complaints, THERE IS NOW A BROWSE TO FIND A PLACE!) Also they have added more choices, precinct even! I miss having the month first for the dates, I may be the only one that does. There is so much I miss about the old site and will be very sad when it is gone. It seems like they have hired police to look for things you have done wrong, some are good to have corrected if that is possible. We all try to do the best we can, but it is hard to be perfect.

Use the EDIT to ask for transfers, with your ID # and the PHOTO REQUEST if you want a photo of the stone. I try to get other family near the one requested in case they are not already listed, but if they are already listed it is nice if you also request them. I print off the requests from the computer, and the notes don't show if you ask for other family members. If there are a lot of requests only the ones listed might be taken when it's a quick stop.

It is my wish that everyone is remembered, this is my way of helping make it happen. We all will make mistakes, I'm happy to make changes and transfer loved ones always hoping that you can add to their memorials. I know it's important to have "facts", some think an official document such as birth, marriage or death certificate is correct. Sadly that is NOT always correct. There will always be conflicting information. Don't get upset when there is an error, just do your best to try to have it corrected, when there is another source, add the information in a note for one or the other.
