Thank you for paying visits to both my beloved father, "Pop" Alfred Mesnick and my dear Uncle "Frankie" Frank Lorito. It means a lot to me, and I'm sure to them. It was especially important that Pop keep family history alive, he had an overload of interest in where he came from and felt strongly about legacies, validating lives as to mean something in death. It's only now in his loss that I grasp the importance in it. And as fate would have it, finding his and Uncle Frankie's names in these archives, was truly a gift.|
Affectionately called and known as "Pop" since entering into my life at age 17 as a(step)father, he was without a doubt the most reliable and significant role model in my life. His love was absolute and genuine. Freely given and always there to lend a hand, I'm happy that a good part of his life I spent in thanking and appreciating him. Knowing love and taking the time to share and cherish it while someone is alive leaves little regret and brings a blessing of gratitude.
Although I am not on this site as much as I use to I very much appreciate and value the loving stories and memorials I come across and are extremely thankful to the many visitors who frequent Pop's and Uncle Frankie's pages.
Thanks to you I know Pop is appreciating all of this, realizing in spirit that his beautiful life and name will always be remembered.
My blessings to you.
*** Special thanks to Jon Anderson & Ryan Curtis for their memorial transfers.
