IMPORTANT: Edits should be sent through the Find A Grave listing using the edit tabs. I verify all updates before making the change. If there is not enough information for me to verify your edits, I may ask for your sources. I am not doing this to be a pain, but I have received edits from people who *think* that they have one person, when in fact they don't.
I am happy to transfer people that I have added, if am not descended from that person.
SUPER IMPORTANT: I have had the misfortune to encounter some Find A Grave members who are nothing but bullies, and are emboldened by because they are not face to face with the people they are shoving around. I have no problem reporting such people to Find A Grave and Ancestry's Executive Action Team in Provo, and encourage you to do the same if you encounter such a gorgon. If you are feeling mistreated, and cannot work your differences out, or if you do not feel safe because of threats, report the abuse. You do not have to put up with it.

Sorry, I didn't realized I made two memorials for her. Thank you for letting me know. I do appreciate it.

Do you want a transfer?
|Anne Wellman||RE: Permission to use photograph|
Hi Stu - of course, I should have thought of that - it's such an old photo. Thanks for getting back. Anne

Could I please have your permission to use your photograph of Bob Heskett in a self-published book about his wife, the writer Betty MacDonald? If you do not own copyright, do you know who does?
|John L. Poling||RE: Letta Monnette|
Hi Stu, I am not related to that Smith family as best I know. John
|David L Aten Sr||RE: Sophia VanMeter|
I am not a descendent of John Van Meter and Sophia Clark. However I am a descendent of John Van Meter and R Nelly Seaborn. Sophia was his 2nd wife and I am from his 1st marriage. At least that is the way I have it recorded.
John & R Nelly had daughter: Ruanna Van Meter 1809-1872
She had son: James Salmon 1840-1906
He had daughter: Rebecca Salmon 1847+1981
She had daughter: Frances Ora Salmon 1887-1919
She had son: James Clyde Aten 1916-1989 my father.
If interested, will gladly exchange more info. David

Thank you for sponsoring the memorial I made for Al

Happy to have helped. There were a couple more family members, I found they don't have memorials yet. I will add when I catch up or you can create them. I'm not a collector. Roselawn's online index works great for finding who's there and their location. Sincerely, Dale

Is there something you wanted me to do that I didn't do? I am unclear on your post.
