I really hope that you can help me. I am Richard Southall, youngest son of Lloyd Ray Southall. I was only about two years old when he died and know next to nothing about him. Because of a house fire that took place in the 1970s on Sycamore Road in Ripley, any photos that I knew of were burned. I was only able to find a photograph of Dad a few years online a few years ago. It really was something to see Dad for the first time.
Anyway, the photos that I found online through findagrave.com are the only two photos that I have of Dad. Do you have any other photos or do you know of anybody who does? Also, if you have any photos of family members (my sister Kathryn, my brothers Kenneth and Keith, or any photos of Mom, etc.), please let me know.
Since I didn't really know Dad (or any of his brothers and sisters), is there any way that you can tell me what he was like? Likes, dislikes, etc.. I want to have the chance to get to know as much about him as possible. I'd really appreciate any information that you may have.
My brothers (Keith and Kenneth) don't have many memories of him since they were young when he died. Also, Mom is getting up in years and her memory is starting to fail her. All that I know about him is that he was a 'quiet man' and a 'good man'. I want to know more....
Thanks for all of the hard work of putting this together. It really has made a great difference to so many people!!

Thankyou for visiting my son's page and leaving me a note. it means so very much to know that others have visited.
My love for you is not written on paper,
For paper can be erased.
Nor is my love for you etched in stone,
For stone can be broken.
But my love for you is inscribed in my heart,
Where it shall remain forever
Posted in loving memory of all the angels gone too soon.
