I have been a volunteer photographer for over a year with FindAGrave and have really enjoy doing this. I have always enjoyed helping people and this is just another way to do that. I'll be happy to take pics in the Dale county area. A lot of nice folks w/FindAGrave and I'm proud to be one of the volunteers|

What class was your brother? I was '53; might we have mutual friends and shipmates?

Nice job for my classmate's wife, and fast indeed.

We both have left flowers for Bear Bryant. Can you please leave flowers for his good friend Michigan State coaching Legend Duffy Daugherty 24817256 when my friend Cynthia 75864427 was a freshman and Brad Van Pelt 33971483 was a senior when Duffy coached his last season. Thank You

Dear Mrs. Kaye Miller,
Maam I wish I could and I would.
You try and see.

You are very welcome, Kaye. The timing of your request was right since I was going to attend the 100th Anniversary celebration of the cemetery this week. The sun was straight above his military stone, so I had to darken the contrast. I will try to get a better photo at another time. I did put the combined headstone photo on his wife's memorial page. She was much-loved by many here. -- Diane
