Dunn Wahl Connection
Beverly thx for the info, it does make sense now. I grew up in Western Hills, but spent most of my adult life in Indian Hill until we moved to Switzerland and then finally here in Seattle. So I guess we really don't know each other. Still, I am very curious about our next door neighbor Mrs. Dunn. I will have to ask my sister if she remembers her first name. Perhaps she is related after all. Anyway, thx so much for your prompt reply and straightening out the confusion. Carol

Dunns
Geez, I almost forgot to tell you, our next door neighbor was a Mrs. Dunn! Can't remember her first name but I think her son had something to do with starting the first McDonald's in Cincy. I remember a gal by the name of "Marlana" who befriended me. Wouldn't that be wild if this is all connected? Carol Conner-Donovan

Guerney Wahl
I am a distant cousin of Cleo Carr and somehow got into the mess of figuring out who Guerney Clyde Wahl is. If Wilson Dunn is his father and Elizabeth Wahl is his mother, why isn't his surname "Dunn" instead of "Wahl"? I thought surnames came from the father? What I have found in my research is that Wilson P. Dunn is the father of Mary Elizabeth Wahl. See what I mean...this is crazy. Perhaps you can straighten it out. Hopefully. Carol Conner-Donovan (PS, Cleo is Grand d/o of Sarah Conner Whitacre (1849-1879) the woman I am really researching. Thx Carol

RE: Edward Lee Ogden
I just wanted to link the father of Oscar by the grave number if it was the right Edward Ogden. I wonder if Sarah is buried with him.

Edward Lee Ogden
Could his father be the Edward Lee Ogden 1870-1955 buried at Anderson Memorial Cemetery #108719319?
The dates seem right.

Mae Ogden
Hello Beverly,
Thank you very much for the edits you have sent. Is the year of birth incorrect on Mae Ogden's marker? Please let me know and I will proceed with the edit.

If there are only 2 or 3 requests I go to the trouble to add who the contributor is. If there are 20 or 30 or more I don't bother. I just click Accept! It isn't up to me to verify. Anyone finding information online anywhere, should verify it for themselves.

Memorials
I have been a contributor to findagrave.com for over 11 years.
I have photographed and posted the graves from over 40 cemeteries and do not plan to add any more cemeteries to findagrave.com now that ancestry.com has purchased it.
While reading your bio I think you may be a little bit confused.
findagrave.com is not a genealogy site, it is a find a grave site!
ancestry.com is a genealogy site.
Now that anyone can add info it will become more unreliable. No one will know who added additional information because that isn't included when Accepting that info to be added. Too bad.

PS
Also, thank you for reminding me to add Merrill's middle name and especially for letting us know he served in WW II. I thought he had but no one else could recall it. I appreciate all the help! Take care! Marylee~*
