Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please feel free to ask for transfers of relatives and loved ones. I'm also happy to add/correct information. It helps if you make requests via the "edit" tab on the memorial, as this sends me a link to the correct memorial, saving confusion. When requesting links, please send the memorial number *and* name to avoid mistakes.

If I've created a memorial for your loved one, and you prefer there be no memorial on Find-a-Grave, please accept my apologies. I'll be glad to delete it or transfer it to you, whichever you prefer.

Please, please review the site rules which are listed as "Frequently Asked Questions." They're immensely helpful and will save a world of miscommunication. In keeping with those rules, I don't link to burial unknowns or list names of survivors likely to be living.

Please remember that photo volunteers give their time and efforts for no other reason than to help others. A simple "thank you" is always appropriate and appreciated.

* Disclaimer:
Anyone can add unverified (and sometimes erroneous) data to memorials, so it's always best to research & verify for yourself.

Have fun and happy graving! :)

Yes, I did take photos of both grave markers and have uploaded them onto their memorial pages. Hope you enjoy the photos. Pat

I have known Linda for 40 years, and her facebook page, which is still active also gives this information.

Thank you

OBXr... as you have time, please take a look at this memorial and see if I have done things correctly. I have been trying to add the remaining children to the list as well as the children of my grandfather, John Edward Ayscue. Thank you for transferring this to me and I hope I can do things correctly.

RE: John Edward Ayscue
OK.. My mother, Edith A. Ayscue Brantley, is the only remaining child of that family. She is 94 and lives here with me in northern Granville Co.

As a side note, FWIW, the New Bethel Church in on the north side of New Bethel Church Road, which is the county line, and the cemetery is on the south side of the road which is actually in Franklin Co. Since I'm from Franklin Co., I'm glad my folks are buried there instead of Vance.

Thanks for the quick response. Being new here, I don't want to step on anyone's toes so I'm being careful with what I do. It seems that working with this stuff is a big part of some people's lives and I certainly don't want to take any of that away. I guess I was just offering if your load needed lightening. I will get all my info in front of me and see where it goes from there.

I'm currently trying to gather info from a neglected family cemetery in my area in order to enter the info on the site in case it will help someone. Unfortunately, I have to do a considerable amount of chainsaw work and other clearing before I'll be able to take appropriate pictures to post.

OBX........ thank you for your work on the above site. This is my maternal grandfather. I have most of the information regarding the children which can be added to the page, I just am not sure exactly how to proceed. I am not the most computer savvy individual on the planet but would be willing to learn and contribute as I can. Please let me know what I need to do next and I hope I am able to locate your response.
Thank you,
Lee Brantley

Thanks for the updated information. For the last couple of years. I've gotten sidetracked from my research upon the birth of my grand daughter. There's another grandchild due in February 2015. So I've not gotten the time to update any information or corrected any information as I've found it or another family member has found it. I'm always grateful for any updates and/or additions. I'd rather have the correct info instead of erroneous info. Are you a Shulenberger relation?
