Breckenridge Ridgelawn Mausoleum
I am interested in information on the history and use of the Breckenridge Ridgelawn Cemetery Mausoleum. I note that you have created many grave memorials for persons once interned in the mausoleum which was built in 1917. It appears that burials in the mausoleum stopped in maybe the 1940's due to structural defects in the building and most, but not all, interments were moved to other cemetery plots, including the ones you have created memorials for. Have you discovered any information, or sources, related to the internment and removal of persons from the mausoleum & the timing and circumstances related? Any details of burials at Ridgelawn are hard or difficult to pin down with the Village of Breckenridge - ie. original burial records, etc. 'Hope you have some ideas.

Hello Carole; I see you made a memorial for Bud Eggleston #125303598 Ferris Cemetery and another member has posted a photo which shows a shared headstone with Amy. Wondering if there is any information on her and if you would like to make a memorial. Thank you for your work. Kennetta

George A Cratsenburg(h)
Hi,

I am trying to locate the headstone for George A. Cratsenburg in Payne Cemetery (Fulton, Gratiot County, Michigan). I see from that George is listing number 126444542, added March 16, 2014. I have visited Payne Cemetary on a couple of occasions but have been unable to locate his headstone. He was born in 1873 and died in April of 1878. Any chance you recall which section his stone is located? Any information you are able to provide is much appreciated!

Thank you,

Donna Cratsenburg-Scott

RE: B CARMAN
Beatrice Carman is my Aunt. Wouldn't that count as a direct relative?

RE: B Carman
I received your message but couldn't understand it. You said that you follow Find A Grave guidelines. Did I request the transfer of the memorial the wrong way? Thank you

John Huse
Carole I see that you set up this site and I am hopping that this John Huse and wife Marilla Huse are the ones I am looking for. If the John marker is a Military marker then that the one I am looking for. I don't know if there is a date because the marker I found did not have any info for his Service in the Civil War. I have a death date of 5-26-1926 I hope to hear from you because I am tracing the family of Thomas Huse and he would have been the youngest of the family.

RE: Ethel Lucille Albaugh
Hi! Both are right but since it is just one person and two stones, I thought it would be best to combine. If you want yours to be the main one, that is fine. I was just defaulting to the first marriage. I have not seen this before. So if you have other thoughts, I'm all for it. These records get searched on Ancestry, so I'm also trying to be cognizant of how the name appears. We can put the first married name with the middle name maybe. I'm game for whatever you think is best. :) Jamye
