I am the current Executive Director of the Casey Family Assn. Inc.; compiling and researching the Casey family history since 1992, and personally since circa 1982.|
Our particular Clan Casey, even prior to 1725, when it first arrived on American shores, has been predominately Scots-Irish Protestants in faith and loyalties. No offense intended to those Casey clans of other persuasions.
US Navy veteran: CTR3 (Communications Technician, R-brancher), USN (1967-1971). I'm looking for any and all former NSG Hakata, Japan CTs.
I support transfers to known relatives! After all, who is better qualified to manage a memorial than someone with a caring, kinship interest. However, please be somewhat specific in your requests. "This is a relative's memorial" will not suffice in the future. If you're only third cousins, five times removed, please just let me know. I'll probably transfer. Unfortunately, it only takes a few to make the majority of good contributors look bad.
And please let me know if you wish any of my photos removed. Especially the temporary grave markers, in lieu of permanent.
Stop by and pay a visit to my hero dad, Sgt. Raymond L. Casey.
"Our Country! In her intercourse with foreign nations may she always be in the right; but right or wrong, our country!" Stephen Decatur.

|John Holloway||Landen's Obit|
I finally located Landen's obituary. There's a photo of it in the photos list. Also, his headstone pic won't stay at the top of the memorial page. This is not a problem with me. Just letting you know. Thank you, again, for your dedicated effort.
Thank you for the marker photo and plot information. I appreciate you taking the time to do this. Red

Thanks for the update, Mike.

Thanks, Mike, for the quick response. I'm not sure how to get the obit on here but I'll give it a shot. Would I add it as a pic and then you move it over to the memorial page?...As for the order of pics, it doesn't matter except I would like the pic you took of the headstone to appear first. It's a good one. Thanks a million...

Thank you, Mike, for the beautiful photos of the grave marker for Andy. He was my wonderful husband who tragically left this world far too soon (shortly after his 51st birthday to colon cancer). If it isn't too much trouble, do you mind putting his head shot as the main photo? Do you regularly take photos of the markers and set these up, or did you know Andy? He had many friends and good acquaintances in OK , and I only entered his life 4 years ago, so forgive me if I should already know you! Anyway, thank you again. Take care,

Mike is there anyway to link this to his other memorial here is info
Rev Thomas Harrison was one of the officiating ministers at his service and he sent me Ossie's memorial card and the story (I should of written down) Ossie died in Tulsa and there is a huge marker erected at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow. It tells his story. But I want to say he is actually buried with his wife in Oklahoma City. I need to verify this again.
His father was a brother to my great grandfather. (see info below)
