I can probably fix you a map and send it to your email on how to reach the cemetery. You will have to cross private property to reach it and I've heard the Sheriff's department has a key, but you still have to procure permission of the landowner before you cross his/her property. When I visited the cemetery, I and a friend hiked into it. I am not sure if I can remember the exact location of your ancestor, but I will give it some thought and do the best I can to remember the location. Born Ellen Burke c.1822, Mrs. French had married twice. Her first husband was a man named Foy, and after his death, she became the second wife of a widower, Thomas French. She lies interred in the plot of her son from this second marriage, the noted Capt. Thomas French, who served in Custer's 7th Cavalry and was among those who survived the Little Big Horn battle.
