Born and raised in Fresno, California of Alabama born parents, got into Genealogy in 1997 when I could not figure out what else to do with this computer on-line. I have built up quite a lot of pictures of old shots of Clay County and Jefferson County Alabama. I have visited most of the cemeteries of my ancestors and my Wife's ancestors in Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas. A Self-proclaimed Historian with a California Historical society (E Clampus Vitus), I am visiting places of historical interest and with my trusty Dimage , Vivitar and Olympus digital cameras have been taking pictures of headstones at whatever cemeteries we may visit and Historical Monuments in our travels in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Washington. In Fresno, I have added the 1919 biographies of early Fresno residents from the Paul E Vandor book titled "The History of Fresno County" to as many listings as I could. If you have something you would like to have added to a Bio, just drop me a line.|
I follow FindaGrave rules and usually transfer close relatives within 30 days. You can complain to the FindaGrave administrators if you want, but you will likely find they too have little patience for impatient people.

Ok, all set.

Found them! Yay! They are in Chapel of the Light, Rest, E-2-2. I figured a judge had to be some place pretty nice so I zipped in there after doing some photos at MtV & BMP. If you go through the west side door & walk straight forward till you come to a wall, they're in the 2nd row up, 2nd niche from the left. One urn for both, pretty (copper?) rose garland across top of wooden case. Of course I couldn't take a picture since everyone knows me by sight & most by name, & I really don't like to do what I've been expressly forbidden to do. I leave it up to you about getting a picture. Found the 2 people listed in the Fresno Co. Cemetery requests too! Both at BMP. A great day for solving mysteries!

Thank you for accepting the link/edit for Harry Hamling. So glad you added a memorial on Find A Grave because I never would have found him other wise. You have allowed the family to be complete!

|Pauline verdugo||Thank You|
I would like to thank you for putting up a couple of pictures my mom's grave site. They look beautiful. It took years for me to look up my mom names and when I did and seen her memorial and the pictures you took time to put up it touch my heart. I had no ideal there was even this site.

Thank you so much for the picture of his headstone in Mountain View Cemetery. He is my great-grandfather on my mother's side. We have been looking for him for many years. He was murdered but no one seemed to know when... The Bee paper gave us his death date a few minutes ago and are doing research for us now....So excited. You will never know what you have done for my family......
Thank you so very much.
