I believe everyone has 2 special days: your birthday and your death day. One is celebrated and the other is marked with sadness. I tend to dwell on happier things, rather than sad ones. However, every December 1st, you can usually find me on the memorial pages of famous and not-so famous Aids victims, leaving them a message of remembrance. The cat pictured was my beloved best friend Smudge, who was 1 month shy of 21 years old, when he passed away in August 2014. He was survived by a 3 year old baby stepbrother named B.W. (Note: BW passed away Dec. 2016). I love all animals.
