Bio

Hello I'm John T. Griffith, born in Oceanside California, a M.P. Corps U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran and a former CHP Officer. In September 2002, I assisted the National Archives Center, Missouri, in replacing lost and destroyed U.S. Army files. It was during that research project I discovered Find A Grave, wanted to be a part of it's concept and became a member. I have always had a passion for history and the people who have lived it. People in everyday life who through the needs and demands of their times shaped the world. I believe each day is a gift and the best part of any day is that day. I'm also a professional musician and have shared the stage with many named artists. In addition, I'm a vintage guitar expert have contributed, plus co-wrote for many vintage guitar books and articles in Vintage Guitar magazine about the subject. Plus a photographer, writer and historian, for the San Diego Reader. I will gladly transfer any of my bios to relatives or folks with a concerned interest. I and my wife Mary, reside in Vista, California. Note: please feel welcome to view the memorial for our wonderful Flame Point Siamese Cat Hoby, in My Virtual Cemeteries, under Pets & Animals bios. Thanks and best regards, John
