I was born & raised & still reside in Tacoma, WA. I became interested in family history when a girl and enjoyed hearing the stories my aunts & uncles would tell of their childhood with my mother in the state of Maine. I have been researching for almost 57 years, and worked in the genealogy libraries locally for over 25 yrs., a member of Mary Ball DAR for 34 years, and have received 2 certificates of appreciation from the City of Tacoma for my work in the public library, genealogy division. Recently awarded a certificate from the Washington State Gen. Soc for genealogical contributions since 1957. My husb. & I have walked through many graveyards, and have charted several that were rural graveyards and hope to enter the data for others to view. Have a special interest in my mother-in-laws family from Central Louisiana. Think this is a wonderful website.|

I received your request to connect Charity to her parents. I would love to connect with you and find out how you found her parents and any other info that you have. She is my gggg-grandmother.
Please contact me at email@example.com.
Thanks for all you have contributed to the field of genealogy. We need more like you!
My questions is about your post in the Oakgrove Cemetery, Effie, Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, USA
on Find-A-Grave on "Benjamin Franklin Garlington Birth: Jun. 13, 1838 in Mississippi, USA, Death: 1865 in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, USA
Benjamin died of yellow during the Civil War.
Lavinia Sylvanie Recouley Fouquier (1843 - 1934)*
Benjamin Franklin Garlington (1861 - 1955)"
Can you tell us what was your source for this information? Was there an indication that he was buried in this cemetery or is this a memorial here because his wife and family were buried here.

It probably is Chester. Although the transcription done in 1993 said Hester, this person is buried with Marion.

|Samantha Clayton||Hi genie|
My name is Samantha Clayton, I happen to find my grandmother on here and couldn't help but noticed that something on her page was left out. She also had two other sons, Rodney gene breland resides in Austin Texas and another son who died at two years old named Clyde breland. Can you please correct this? I would greatly appreciate it, thanks and be blessed.
I updated Nettie Sanders' memorial. I'm not a family member so if you are I would be happy to transfer the memorial.
