Nathaniel Welsh
I saw where you left flowers on Nathaniel Welsh's site. Are you related to him?

RE: Meyer Family
Yes I am talking about the same Meyer Family from Troy,Oh sorry I don't have any pictures. I found Ruth Griffieth which was George and Marie's daughter and her brother George has passed away too. I use to hang out with them when I was in high school. George and Marie lived across the street from dad and George has passed away a few years ago. Most of the ones I have found is on facebook. I also found my cousin Deanna Meyer and she still lives here in Troy but her sister Lisa lives in the Columbus,Ohio area. I haven't found her yet, just going by what Deanna has told me. My brother David and my cousin Deanna is trying to get a Meyer Reunion set up I don't know when or where just yet. Sorry it is late, but I normally drive at night so I try to keep that schedule of sleeping through the day as well. Thank you for replying back to me. By the way I only live 3 blocks from where dad use to live. Again thanks and talk to you later, Jerry

This is my Father
I would like to say that all of my family is proud of what he has done for us and for this country. My father Donald R Meyer came from a strong family as we are today. He went off to the war like many others did back then, but we were the lucky ones because he also came home from the war. Not many can say that and like him we are sorry and understand the hurt and the pain that comes with it. I myself I don't condone with any war. What do wars really accomplish nothing in my book we may win a battle or two but how many of us really win the war at hand. I know I may make some upset or maybe even mad about my comments, my father was a proud man and I can't really say if he was proud of what he had to do for this country, but in that time maybe he just did what he had to do to survive so he could come home to us. I love and miss my father and I really wish I could get some answers on this subject. I know I have some family from his first marriage and I really wish that I could find them for my brother David and for myself. He looks for them but has no luck finding them.

RE: The Dale Cemetery
Sure. If she isn't already listed then I'm not sure she's buried there or at least there's little ability to tell that she is at this point. It is a very small cemetery. Do you have additional information to suggest that she is buried there?

RE: The Dale Cemetery
Hello Patty,
Sure. It's on Whitehill Street in Lemont, PA. Park at the intersection of Baldwin Street and Whitehill Street and walk back on Whitehall Street for about 200 yds to a post on the north (right) side of the street. Walk up the little hill and path to the cemetery. It's right behind a home but it is on public property. The stones are hard to read there and mostly low to the ground. I suggest going when there is no snow on the ground.
Cheers and good luck,

Bradley's in the Fleming Area
Not sure if you folks can help or not. My grandfather (1906-1990), was William O. Bradley, a farmer that lived in Wallingford, Kentucky. To keep a long story short, he had no relationship with his father, but took his name from an "out of wedlock" birth. The story I know from MY father was that my grandfathers father was a William Bradley that lived in the Morehead older man who got my grandfathers mother pregnant when she was very young... 15 or the never married. She lived in the

This man was a William Bradley and supposedly ran a hardware store in the Morehead/Clearfield area during (Im guessing) the 1930/1940/1950 timeframe. I'm guessing this man was in his late 20s or so when he got my great-grandmother pregnant in 1905. That would place hem being born around 1875.

Do you know any Bradley's that might fit the bill?

RE: George Gray
I found the information about George Gray and already added it into the next edition of the book. And yes, I have a fair bit about the Porters, and "Sibby" and how they interconnected. I would welcome your input on both issues, if you'd like.

RE: Eliza Bradley
Concerning the rest of the Bradley's I made a list of all the pictures I had taken. We took pictures of every sight that there was. The problem is when we were there, the pastors daughter was mowing the church grass and she told us that the site of the entire area had been in serious disrepair. Stones had been piled on top of stones and we saw some evidence of this. We even took pictures of partial stones that we could not read. I am looking for the card I have all those pictures on and will make sure. Sorry though, I don't have a record of Strothers or Bradley.
