|Jesse Russell||Russell Family|
Hi Janelle - Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you still need some questions answered. If you are on Ancestry you can go to my site, Russell Family Tree (owned by Jesse Russell) and glean quite a bit of information and will find that after much research John Russell b. 1772 is indeed John Russell Crafton and DNA has confirmed that we are Craftons with a female link to Russell. Interesting and a bit of a shock to the family that has gone by Russell for over 200 years. :)

What is your Russell line? From the info I sent you do we have any connections?

My Russell family is rich in United States military history. Major William Russell was my 5th great-grandfather and was a veteran of the war of 1812 and possibly the Revolutionary War. Captain William Russell Jr, Major Russell's son, and several of their kin served under William Sr. My great-father, Guy Merritt Russell, most likely served in World War I. My grand-father, Guy Marvin Russell, and several of his kin served in World War II. Guy served on the escort carrier USS Petrof Bay. I have a Russell cousin who just retired from the US Army as a Lt Colonel.

Hi there! I am Sherry Russell Lester. My father was Fred Buford Russell, his father was James Lee Russell, son of George R. Russell and Sarah Jane Hulsey Russell. So it looks like we are long last cousins!
Do you know who David Bunch's parents were? I was wondering if he might be related to my line of Bunch's. Thanks!
