I am a retired State of CT Social Worker/Case Manager for the mentally retarded. In retirement I have become very interested in genealogy and researching old cemeteries. Currently I am President of an old Rev War Cemetery in northern New Milford and am in the process, with a small group of associates, in repairing and resetting many of the old stones in the cemetery. In addition, we have 'adopted' three of the "orphaned" cemeteries in northern New Milford (CT).My wife and I belong to the CT Gravestone Network which is comprised of a wide group of individuals dedicated to the preservation of our landmark cemeteries throughout the state of Connecticut.|
I do travel and take photos of graves in the northern New Haven, northern Fairfield and southern Litchfield counties in CT
I am interested in locating information regarding the Bradbury(Hartford Co., CT), Ryley(New London Co CT), Keigwin (New London County CT) and Wyatt(eastern Delaware, eastern Maryland) families who are my direct genealogical relatives) for whom we need more information to complete our genealogies.

|Daddy♥s Girl||St. John Cemetery|
Will you please move the memorials you have listed in "St. John's Catholic" to "Saint John Cemetery?" I grew up just a couple of miles from the cemetery and that is the proper name. As soon as all the memorials are moved from "St. John's Catholic" I'm going to ask the admins to delete it.
Thanks so much.

That would work. Thanks.

Thank you for identifying for me where these two were buried. I have identified their cemeteries on their memorials.
Thanks again for the photos.

Thanks for the head's upon the error. I fixed it, and attached the son to both of his parents

Mrs. Kaptein was born on Februay 21, 1919. Her late husband, Adrianus Kaptein, was born August 12, 1905, and passed in May of 1983. I would presume that he is also buried at St. Mary's in Bethel??

Wondering if you would consider transferring this memorial to me as Tony was my husband's nephew. Thank you in advance the consideration and also for creating the beautiful memorial.
Best regards, Janet Young
