I was born in St. Louis, but my parents moved to Cape Girardeau, Missouri when I was two days old and then to Graves County Kentucky when I was 9 months old.(My parents lived and worked at Paradise Friendly Home from 1966-1969) I now live in Dexter, Missouri.|
I am the oldest son of the comedian Dennis Crutchfield and Margaret Douthitt (now Gilbert) and have one brother, David, who lives in Lexington, Kentucky.
In April of 2000, I became the youngest elected Alderman in Dexter, Missouri and the second youngest Alderman to ever sit on the Council. (the youngest was appointed, not elected) I also became the first Alderman to be of Native American Descent(I'm 1/8 Cherokee) the first to have a wife of Hispanic descent, and the first elected Republican from my Ward. I was reelected on April 2nd, 2002. I lost in 2004, but was elected again in 2006.
I have been interested in cemeteries since I was a kid and it always bothered my parents who called it a "morbid hobby". It has paid off now, since cemeteries have helped my knowledge of History. Now when I visit a city and find out that they have a cemetery (or cemteries) with famous graves, I go out of my way to see them (and get pictures for Find-a-grave if they are not already posted). I am a cashier at the Wal-Mart in Cape Girardeau, Mo. In October of 2015, I published my first novel, Spirit and Image. It is available on Amazon.
I am married to the former Tracy Randel (she was adopted when she was nine years old. Her birth father was Puerto Rican and her mother was of German descent), who, sadly, was in an accident in August 2010 and has been in a coma since then. I have one step-son, Darrin. No transfer requests please. I've run into too many problems with them.

|Melissa Rochelle||Thank You for your service|
I mostly want to thank you for your service in creating all of these findagrave memorials. I know that it takes a lot of time. I especially like the addition of pictures.
I made some corrections to memorial 17604695. I would have sent you a message first but I didn't figure out how until after I had made the corrections.
Trot Hunt was my Great Uncle. His wife, Hallie, was sister to my grandfather. The birth and death information I provided came from my grandmother's record of family events. I recently moved but if I can find the book I would be happy to provide a copy of the information.
Are you related to Trot and Hallie Hunt?
Once again thank you. You've helped many people in their search for their roots.

Hello Tim. Are you the one that posted the info on Dennis Dace Lewis on find findagrave.com? If so, the death info is incorrect. He was indeed a Missouri Highway Patrolman...retired. He actually died of cancer, not an automobile accident. He was my brother in law. Our family is upset about the erroneous information and would like it removed. I have his obituary and will gladly share it with you. Thank you.
|M Stricker||RE: Re: Memorial #: 10430434|
I don't know if it is considered a famous grave. I'm not familiar with all the terminology. I just copied the memorial number down and your name was associated with the posting under the caption, "Originally created by:..."
Perhaps the Solomon Walker name got attached to the grave because of other individual ancestry genealogies?
Thanks again if you have any other information to add.
|M Stricker||Re: Memorial #: 10430434|
I'm looking for ancestors related to Solomon Walker and saw your posting for Solomon being a son of Thomas and Mildred Thornton Walker in the Find a Grave Memorial # 10430434.
I know Solomon and his wife's offspring family tree. However, I'm looking for Solomon's father, mother and siblings and where they came from.
I'm hoping you could show me some information as to where you found these connections? I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks so much. I appreciate your time on this.

William Alden Smith was born on May 12th ; not the 5th. :)

Tim: Thanks for all the work you do! Your efforts and those efforts of others are what makes this so wonderful! If you would look at the above and reference it to 31118491 I think you will see an error and that Carrol is supposed to be Carl. Thank you for your attention.
|BORN TO DIE||RE: George Washington Snider|
George Washington Snider Find A Grave# 18385424 is in Dexter cemetery Stoddard Co. Mo.
BORN TO DIE AKA jaybirds.
|BORN TO DIE||George Washington Snider|
George Washington Snider Find A Grave# 18385424 is not a Jr. His father was George Snider and the IL. marriage list show's him as George Jr. but he was a justice of peace and performed the marriage of his brother William. I think some one read the records wrong and listed him as Jr. rather than Jp.
I have a copy of his application for marriage license and it shows George Snider.
You can contact me at email@example.com
BORN = TO - DIE AKA jaybirds

Yes that is why I contacted you. As the originator I thought you might have the power to contact Find-a-Grave to fix it. Sorry if I didn't make that clear as to what I was asking :-)
