I am a native of Allen County, Scottsville, Ky. My father was Carl Eugene Morgan and mother was Dorothy Lyles Morgan. I graduated from Allen County Scottsville High in 1970 and am a 1974 Graduate of Western Kentucky University. I Worked for 27 years with the Cabinet for Health Services, Office of Inspector General, Western Enforcement Branch in Bowling Green, Glasgow, Owensboro, Elizabethtown, Paducah, and Hopkinsville KY, retiring in 2002. I live in the Lexington, Ky area near family.
