I am very interested in the history of Bosnia-Hercegovina, and have been doing research for a book on the last queen of Bosnia-Hercegovina, namely Queen Katarina Vuksic-Kosaca. I also take a great interest in the history of Ireland, and Scotland, if there were a trivial pursuit game devvoted to the history of either Scotland or Ireland I'd probably beat your socks off!
I can read and speak three languages besides English, Spanish, Irish Gaelic, and Bosnian. One tip I'd give to serious gravers who want to do good research, is learn at least one language other than English, because some of the best matierial is not available in English at all. I learned this lesson at my mother's knee. She wrote a book set in 14th century England, and completed it when I was 5 years old. The fascination with those times began for me very early! I saw what real research of those times involves and enjoy it.
I have traveled a lot, all over the Western U.S., Mexico, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Croatia, Ireland, England and Wales.
