I was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and grew up just east of there in the small town of Murrysville. Through Army, college, and company transfers, I've retired to East Texas.|
I was married to Janet Marie (Vogel) Hartley ,and have three children, Tim, Todd & Kari.
My genealogy interests are (Paternal): Hartley, Headlee(ey), Gass (my stone wall), Fordyce, Lemley, Shriver, Barrickman, Jones, Cunningham and Prickett. (Maternal): Green, Knox, Jackson, Scott (England), Heacox, Barton and Hawley.
I'm willing to take photos for anyone in and around the Tyler, Texas area. I would like to thank those that have taken photos for me. I've "met" some great friends that way.
Please email me with any additions and/or corrections and I'll gladly update.
Please note: Many thanks to Carolina Angel for sponsoring my wife's memorial page.
A very special thank you to my friend Diane Miller for sponsoring my great grandparents, Joseph & Margaret (Scott) Green and Albert Henry Knox. Please visit Diane's family.

You are very welcome for the Hartley-Woddell photos. Their stones were side-by-side.
I have made the corrections... would you like for me to transfer these to you?
Hi Olin - No, I'm not related to Hartley's. Earlier, James (Jim) Hartley provided a lot of family information. Sarah Hartley Vincent and Edward T. Vincent had a LOT of children, so more to add sometime.

|Sheila Black||George Haines|
Tks for taking care of his birth year.
I happen to find the picture of Maria Haines Headley in my mother's (Bernice Headley Wright) pics. I am sure she obtained them from her sister Gertrude Headley Stephens Riffle.
In the pic I have of Maria, she is holding Lansing Headley, b: 17 Nov 1887. He looks to be 1-2 years old, so I am assuming the pic was taken in 1889.
|Sheila Black||George Haines|
Maria was the daughter of George Haines (1883-1850) and Jane McCord Haines (1789-1864)
Olin it is George Haines dates that I am questioning , not Maria Headley

Grave stone found. see your listing for Jacob N Clute. I took the photo yesterday for the Sons of the American Revolution.

It was no trouble. We were there on vacation and stayed in the hotel right next door!

I would love to keep in touch with newly found cousin!! Take care of yourself!

They aren't the best photos,as I was in a bit of a hurry, but they'll have to do for now. Planning on getting this cemetery cleaned up and maintaining it on a regular basis, so then will be able to bet better pics.
