Any photos of graves that I have taken may be used by anybody as they see fit. As I see it, that is the purpose of this website. However, please do not upload them onto a Find-A-Grave memorial or take them from a similar website, like BillionGraves, as I also upload photos there and it violates this website's terms. If you would like a photo that I have taken placed onto a memorial, please let me know.

Also, according to Find-A-Grave guidelines regarding the use of photos, please note this: "Submitting a photo to Find A Grave grants Find A Grave a license to host the photo and facilitate the sharing of that photo across the Ancestry Community, so that Find A Grave users can post that photo to other Ancestry Community websites. However, submitting a photo to Find A Grave does not permit other Find A Grave users to post or republish the photo anywhere else (e.g., posting the photo on non-Ancestry sites or publishing it in a book, etc.). If you want to use another user's photo other than for personal use, you should contact the user who posted the photo and ask for permission." In other words, you do not need permission to post any photo on Find-A-Grave to your tree on Ancestry.com, or any other Ancestry-owned website.
