Frank Armstrong at ANC
Anne Cady was nice enough to allow me to post the photos for you -- I have posted two on Gen Armstrong's page, but, because it is rated as a "famous" memorial, the following message appears: "This photo is pending approval.
It is not visible to other users yet."

Hopefully the fg admins will approve them in the next day or so. I'll also post photos on his wife's memorial.

RE: Thank you
Another volunteer, AHoran, has let me they already have photos for Frank Armstrong and his wife that they will post. AHoran does nice work so I am sure they will be great. I asked them to message you when they got posted.

RE: Thank you
Sure. I plan to be there tomorrow and can get the photo. I'll leave you a message when I have it. The site admins will have to approve it before it will show up, but that usually doesn't take long. I can email you an advance copy once I have it if you want.

Edward W Lane
I was looking for an Edward Lane but found two you have that are strangely similar but do appear to be different. What would the odds of that be!

Edward W. Lane # 91831548
Death: Sep. 19, 1862
Son of William Lane (1827 - 1871)

Edward W. Lane # 139785557
Death: Sep. 19, 1862
Son of William Lane (1832 - 1876)

Both of Goodhue County, Minnesota, USA. Just thought I would point out this strange occurrence.

Richard Goddard
I was led to believe that Richard was buried in Northwood Worth Co IA

Is it possible for you to search the cemetery for Richard and his wife Gloria.

I would be glad to pay any reasonable expenses incurred by this search.

Sarah Pratt Nye
After her husband died unexpectedly of a heart attack and she had to sell the the lovely house, she ended up in a lesser dwelling where she operated a boarding home for young women.

At Christmas in 1944 Sarah entertained son-in-law Bernard Queneau, daughter Dorothy with husband Bob Cargill and their three children and daughter Sarah with husband Manford Robinson and their two children.

This information comes from Bernard Queneau's autobiography.

This information came from Bernard Russell Queneau's autobiography. He married the daughter Henrietta. My mother married Bernie 12 years ago.
