You're welcome. No, I'm not related to him, but his grandson was married to a distant cousin of my mother. :)
Thanks again for all your contributions
Geraldine, I hope all is well with you.
Stay warm, hopefully this will be the last COLD weekend we'll see till next winter but I don't want 90° either. :)

Thanks for fixing the parents. donna

Thank you for adding my information. According to the decennial tables of Vermelles, Germaine MEHAY (Germanie FAIDHERBE) was born on May 13th, 1892 (not March 13th). But I cannot certify it because the genuine records are not online yet.
As for Félix FAIDHERBE (Phelix), I am sure that he was born on November 11th, 1887 (not September 11th, 1888). I can send you his birth certificate if you like. I guess (partly) the origin of the mistake. Until 1900, 9bre did not mean the ninth month of the year, but the month of November (from the latin novo = 9). I will add that I have studied more than 1000 coal miners who emigrated to the USA and that the names and dates on the tombstones are wrong once out of five. I will also add that one coal miner out of two could not read or sign in the 1890s.
But it is OK like that. People will have the choice between the dates.
I think I fixed his memorial. I removed the link as father to Wilma #128032378. Thank you for writing so I could correct it.

Yes; Leah was Roy Earnest's first wife. Thank you for her transfer. Very thoughtful.
Thank you for your kindness.

Thank you, that is very kind of you.
Thanks for all you do.
I see now what happened. We spelled his name differently.
He is in my family tree, if you want to transfer ownership; otherwise we can have the pages merged. I have some things not on yours and this way the info, photos, etc. will stay intact.
Up to you.

Hello I have just noticed that somehow I have made a page that was already made. Yours is a few months earlier, it seems.
That is Roy Ernest Haws.
Should I apply to have the pages merged? I have already gotten a lot of links on mine. That way you can retain ownership but the links will stay.
Okay, thank you so much! Please keep up the great work. Sending lots of thanks. ~Chrissy~
