|Bio and Links|
Every death has a life behind it, a story, a history. Somehow, visiting a grave, while not telling a story, produces a feeling. You can feel history. Seeing the grave, the actual resting place of the dead, makes the life real and not just a story.|
Links, Corrections and additional information
Please use the edit tab and I will be happy to make corrections, add links and additional information. Do not leave information you want added on this page.
Note: Abstracted lists (such as census, death index, etc.) should be formulated into complete sentences prior to submitting for addition to the bio.
This is Find-a-Grave, we find graves, so please, if the memorial doesn't have a grave photo, request one prior to asking for a transfer.
I'm pretty liberal when it comes to transfers, however too many times I have transfered and nothing is added or changed. So if you want a transfer, please:
1. Post any family photos (if you have them)
2. Provide me with family links and biographical information you wish to add to the memorial.
3. Tell me your exact relationship, not just they are "family" or "kin" or this is your "ancestor".
I will not make a transfer if you create excessive memorials with unknown burial locations.
Please be a Find a Grave contributor, not just a collector of someone else's work
Thank you to everyone who leaves tokens and flowers on the memorials I manage. However, please be respectful.
1. Do not add biographical information along with your token. Send me the info and I will be happy to add it under the bio area.
2. Do not leave Confederate Flag tokens on my Union soldier memorials.
3. Do not leave flowers on my newly created memorials that say "Everyone should have at least one flower!" Please stop! You haven't even given a family member a chance to leave a token and the message isn't nice.
✔ PLEASE NOTE!!! Do not move your Burial Unknown into the correct cemetery based on the information you found from my memorial & then demand that I delete my duplicate.

|Chuck Templin||Helen Emily Root|
Frank C. Root, Memorial #109166532, is my grand uncle. You have Memorials added for him, his wife Arica, and a daughter, Edna M. Root. I have added a Memorial #125916062 for another daughter Helen Emily Root, who is buried in the same family plot. I have linked her to her parents, Frank and Arica. I would like your permission to use a version of your photo of the "Root Memorial", that I will crop, to Helen's Memorial. I will give you credit for the photo. Thank you for all of the research and photo work that you do. You make it possible for family members who will never be able to visit the actual graves in person to see where their relatives are buried.
|Me||Charles Wesley DOWELL|
You mentioned you do lookups. I sent a correction for Charles Wesley DOWELL in the Greenwood Memorial Park Cem, San Diego, CA. His name was listed as DOEELL. I was wondering if his wife Elizabeth is buried there, too. Would you be able to do a lookup for that info? Thank you so much in advance and for posting to FindAGrave.com, which is a great help to others researching.

|Ron Tyler||RE: Ted Tyler's Death Date|
Ted Lawrence Tyler was never buried in Dearborn Memorial Park in Poway California. Our mom died in September 1991 and was buried there. Dad's name and birthdate was also placed on the headstone. Ted did not pass until December 15, 2011 and Was buried in Pocatello Idaho.
Thanks for your help. I have not heard anything from Natalie at all.
If you want to go ahead and speak to Admin here, that is fine. I would still like to be the one in charge of this particular spot here for my parents.
Thanks so much,
|Karen Neal Proctor||Hugh LaVerne Allyn|
Thank you so much for the effort you made trying to find a marker for my great uncle. The information I was given was that his ashes were there in the garden. Nothing more can be done. I appreciate your work here. Warm regard, Karen
Thank you for transferring David to me! However, I didn't get the one for Herman.
