Bio and Links
Bio Photo San Diego has some of the best Find a Grave contributors who are doing an amazing job of documenting our local cemeteries. If you need a grave photo there is no shortage photo volunteers. If you are looking for an obituary, cemetery information or advice we have volunteers happy to help you.
If you are new to Find a Grave and want to start contributing in the San Diego area please read the FAQs or reach out to someone with your questions.

Please always do a search before creating a new memorial

Links, Corrections and additional information
Please use the edit tab and I will be happy to make corrections, add links and additional information. Do not leave information you want added on this page.

Note: Abstracted lists (such as census, death index, etc.) should be formulated into complete sentences prior to submitting for addition to the bio.
Copy-and-paste census, military and other data is not a "bio". Please don't send these type of bios because they will not be added.

This is Find-a-Grave, we find graves, so please, if the memorial doesn't have a grave photo, request one prior to asking for a transfer.
I'm pretty liberal when it comes to transfers, however too many times I have transferred and nothing is added or changed. So if you want a transfer, please:
1. Post any family photos (if you have them)
2. Provide me with family links and biographical information you wish to add to the memorial.
3. Tell me your exact relationship

I will not make a transfer if you create excessive memorials with unknown burial locations.

Please be a Find a Grave contributor, not just a collector of someone else's work

✔ PLEASE NOTE!!! Do not move your Burial Unknown into the correct cemetery based on the information you found from my memorial & then demand that I delete my duplicate.

Lena E. & Harold L. Greig
Good Afternoon,
If you would like to update the memorials you built for these two individuals you can add the following information:
Lena Emeline (Coleman) Greig b 27 Nov 1883 at Gardner, Worcester County, MA, and d 5 May 1971 at San Diego, San Diego County, CA.
Her son, Harold Lamont Greig b 10 Oct 1914 at Pittsburg, Allegheny County, PA, and d 10 Sep 1940 at San Diego, San Diego, CA.
Lena had two other children, siblings of Harold, Grace Louise (Greig) Radcliffe, and Donald Edward Greig, both of whom died in Lakeside CA.
Thanks for your help.

RE: Lucy Lacey
Edson was my gg-grandfather and I'm sort of the unofficial family historian of the Rosseter and Acheson families, are you related to Lucy some how?

Thanks for updating the memorial page.

Very big thank you, left a message on her Memorial, I have it filled out and most importantly, she is connected to her Ohio family, all thanks to you.

Mary's 1st hubby is James Loren Braden # 50392038
family thought her body had been flown home to Ohio where her burial plot was in Tontogany cemetery in Wood County Co OH. I just added her tonight and ran her name and saw you have a burial for her in CA. She must have been living with her married daughter in CA. at the time of her death.
Would you please consider a transfer and I will transfer all her data/connections to the transferred memorial.

Thank you for your consideration-

Thank you for posting a photo and info on my Great Grandmother. We had a photo of her grave but it did not have a location on it . We were quite surprised to find out she was buried in San Diego, since she lived most of her life in Indiana . She must have been visiting her many family members and passed while she was there and it was easier to bury her there near family than to send her back to Indiana.Thank you again for all the info and time you spend posting such valuable genealogy information .
