Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello,
Since my sister introduced me to Find-A-Grave, we have been 're-connected' with many of our family near and far; and met an amazing group of caring people ...Thank you for doing all that you are doing!

Find A Grave Edit System:
Please consider using the 'Edit' tab on the record to request changes to: Name, Birth/Death Dates, Birth/Death locations, Marker transcription, Plot or GPS & Relationships links for parents/spouse or to Suggest a Correction (SAC).
(this helps to ensure accuracy and makes it very easy for both Parties)

If you are family and would like to have the memorial record transferred to your care or deleted-please send your request via the "Suggest A Correction" link using the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. This helps to ensure that the correct memorial record is updated.

Continue to enjoy your day!
-- Linda

Submitting Information/Creating Memorials

FYI Under the Canadian Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), "a cemetery headstone and any information on it are considered to be in the public domain. Therefore, information obtained from these sources are considered as "open" information which may be released. This is true regardless of whether or not the people mentioned are living or dead or how long they have been dead."

Richelda Gardner
Hi Linda,

I have a question for you...I see that you have photographed in both of the Wetaskiwin Cemetery. Do you know which of the two cemeteries Richelda Gardner is buried in? She was removed from the Highwood Cemetery and the record says moved to Wetaskiwin Cemetery 6 FEB 1945. Or do you have any contact info for the cemetery for me to find out?

Thanks for all of your wonderful work!

Charles and Barbara Harding
Hi Linda,

It's great to see Charles Henry Harding's gravestone on here, as well as some of his family's! Charles was my great-grandfather. Just a quick correction, though - Percival was not Barbara's son; Charles was married once before, and Percival is the son of his previous wife.

Thomas Samuel Swinarton
There is a photo of Thomas Samuel Swinarton gravestone as well as his two infant sons on Canadian Gravemarkers Gallery. Sadly the sons are listed as unknown and the 'S' does not show on Thomas Sr. but the gravestone is very clear, he is listed as Winarton. Columbia is on Lot 11 con 8 Albion the land once owned by Thomas.

Thomas Samuel Swinarton
is buried in the Columbia Primitive Methodist cemetery on land that he donated. I believe the road is now called the Columbia Way, on the east side of Bolton.
