Please send some supporting evidence that the parents you ask to link are her parents. All I see is in Family Trees with no supporting evidence and they seem to have been mostly copied from one to the other. I will add a note that family shows parents that you listed, but that they do not give proven evidence.

Benjamin Drake

Thank you for your recent edit. I have linked Benjamin Drake to his parents.

Your help is appreciated,

You are most likely right. We could not read the stone and were going by an old WPA list. They probably couldn't read it, either.

I will change the memorial page to agree with what you have.

Thank you.

Edit Request ~
Hello Julie. You sent me an edit request concerning Mary Drake. You may want to delete that request, asking me to link Edward Flewellen as Mary's father? (Edward was actually Mary Drake's nephew who never wed, a son of Mary's brother James.) Mary's dad was Archelaus Flewellen 1777-1823 and I've never learned where the father was buried, and I never created a memorial for him because "unknown burials" are contrary to findagrave guidelines.

Hello. I've been following a family trail & noticed you posted flowers on her memorial. Are you family by chance?

I'm trying to confirm that she's my grandfather's sister. Do you happen to know if she had brothers Eugene & Lytle? Lytle would've still been alive in the 80's when I last saw him.

Thanks for catching that. I looked back at the 1st Presbyterian Cemetery book I have and they have it spelled with an "e" both for the marker and the obituary. Someone else created this memorial and I had not caught the misspelling. And always glad to meet a cousin. Thanks for the help.

Hi, Julie.

I am going to put the name of Hugh in the Bio section for Hu Webb. I'm almost 100 percent positive that his name is spelled Hu on his tombstone. I was not sure if it was an abreviation or if it was how he spelled his name. I thought it was an odd spelling.
