As a native of New England and a US history major in college, I claim both NY State and CT as fertile ground for my amateur family genealogy project. My husband and I have been married for 30 years and have lived in TX and Louisiana. As we approach retirement, we have roots in Louisiana and New England and have decided to become snow birds. I spend summer months in Salisbury, CT and Oct. through May in Lafayette, LA. I am thankful to have found a family connection through Find A Grave to Abraham Resseguie (matrilineal). I lived for 21 years in Brewster, Town of Southeast, NY, where I am a member of the local NSDAR Enoch Crosby Chapter as my grandmother and great grandmother were Crosbys. I would be pleased to assist as a photo volunteer in these areas on a seasonal basis. Keep up the good work!--emkeith
