|Bio and Links|
We work as a team: Russian-Danish family living in London. After a few years in the Middle East, we have now moved to our next adventure in China. County-keepers for England. Being long-term expats, we are very interested in all Russians and Danes who found their last resting place away from their home countries. We will be grateful for any comments, advice and links to memorials. Thanks to this wonderful website we have found many friends all over the world and the amount of mails we receive increase all the time. We appreciate all the mails and ALWAYS reply but sometimes it takes longer than we would like to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!|
We prefer to get your questions and corrections through e-mail (use the EDIT tab in the memorial). Please include your own e-mail in case we need to write back to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

|RCS||Edits today in Novodevichy Cemetery|
Hello! Thankyou very much for the following edits that are now approved.
Ivan Notgaft(Memorial# 160563465),
Antonina Vasilievna Kryukova (Memorial# 160557554),
Michael Vladimirovich Kollontai (Memorial# 160597353),
Tamara Timofeevna Sidorkina-Brok (Memorial# 160576433)
PS: regarding Tamara, I can't see the last name on her gravestone; therefore may I infer that you know something more about her that may not be inscribed or hidden from view on her stone?...ie., does the 'seal' etched on the stone reveal her full identity/vocation?..I'm quite curious. Was she a seal trainer or in the circus?
Thankyou again and please feel free to offer any additional info you may have on any of the memorials I created in this cemetery.

I have just realized that "NEE A KICHENEFF" they meant the place of birth. I will edit the memorial as you suggested. Elisa

I agree, photo removed. I am still confused as to the two memorial pages for his wife Mary Paul Astor. I will leave that to someone else to unscramble.

Of course, you should look for "сemetery". Section «Stories Behind the Stones»

The inscription on his gravestone. Transliteration from Russian:
«Dmitry Savelevich Tyrinz
Chief Inspector of the Artillery Unit
Passed away in Barrow
17/30 March Year 1915»
17 March means Julian calendar
30 March means Gregorian calendar
