Great! I will add that note to the survey about Alma. I wasn't sure when they were married, so that information greatly helps. I will add the marriage date, too. Thanks! :)

Not a problem! I kept looking over records and then went out to the cemetery and that answered the questions I had. I'm not related, by the way, so if you would like to manager her memorial, please don't hesitate to ask. I can transfer her 2nd husband as well. :)

Thanks for the links! I have a feeling ALL the Durhams are connected somewhere some how . MJ Durham did come from S.Carolina and was probably the son of Isaac Miles Durham. I'll check out the link, but not the Facebook page...I just don't like that site. Isn't it odd that Catharine has such a good stone, but her parents do not seem to be there also? Yet, they did not move away from Guadalupe County and were buried somewhere there.Ah, these genealogical mysteries! Diane

Hi! I descend from Manon Jefferson Durham from S. Carolina. His daughter Lillie Mae Durham Bowen, was my paternal Great grandmother. I see that you left a tribute to Catharine Durham...may I ask how you knew of her existence? No one presently alive in my family knew of her until we found a reference to her brief life in Lillie Mae's Bible. Thanks, Diane Preston
Parental links have been made. Thanks so much for you help! :)

No problem. Thank you for making the changes. Please don't hesitate to make requests on your end, as well. (Just fyi, I will be adding tombstone photos next week for these individuals.) Thanks again! :)

Thank you so much for taking the photo of Brian's grave. Someone I know was engaged to him and still takes his death hard. It will mean a lot to her to be able to see it anytime she wants.
Again Thank You

I recently got a note from a lady who'd been hunting for her gggrandmother's maiden name for years. It was in an obit I posted. You can imagine how happy she was to finally have that piece of information-made my week to know she found it because of something I did. You just never know when some little thing is crucial to someone.
Thanks Lenore, thanks for all of info and links . much appreciated!
