Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a fairly recent enthusiast of cemetery photography. I suspect becoming a site contributor and photo volunteer was inevitable.

I live in the Cumberland Mountains of Tennessee. My involvement in the Society for Creative Anachronism (the "SCA") means that I travel to other states - notably Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

When possible, I now "fit in" cemetery photography sessions while away from home.

Most of the memorials I have made are for people I am not related to. They've come about from picture-taking adventures and subsequently learning that no memorial existed. When appropriate, I add photographs to existing memorials.

A good number of the memorials I manage but did not make are my family. Some were created before I came along and were kindly transferred to me by other contributors who are not related to them. Others originated from the U.S. Veterans Affairs Office and were transferred to me by Find A Grave Administration.

A couple of memorials I now manage are of non-relatives for whom I suggested rather extensive editing based on information I had gathered ... and the non-relative originator chose to transfer management to me.

If you find that one of your relatives has a memorial made by me, I'll be happy to transfer management - WITHIN the 4-generation direct relationship guidelines as given in the Find A Grave FAQ. --->> Please do specify your exact relationship in the SAC! <<---

FAQ #162 states that the 4-generation direct relationships are as follow: "This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."

Kindly DO NOT copy my photographs for use on other websites. Yes, I ***REALLY*** DO mean: DON'T post photographs that I have taken to or to any other site.

RE: Sarah Bethune
You are very welcome. There already was a headstone photo, but you wanted a photo of the surrounding area as I recall. Glad you liked it. Leon

The edits I requested were made, one for maiden name and one for places of death and birth. That is what the SAC was for, to verify what I had ask for in the edits. I guess I should have and I usually do explain the purpose of the SAC.

The only thing I wanted you to do was add the maiden name. The SAC was just to prove the maiden name. Had nothing to do with you linking to the Father or anyone else. I did not ask you to link to anyone just add the maiden name and thank you for doing that. If I want a link made to anyone I use the edit tabs.

The reason I send the SAC is because if I don't I usually get a request from the manager for proof. Most managers appreciate this . Sorry you don't. I have no idea which memorial you are referring to as you did not bother to give the name. So I suppose no matter what is ask you will just accept the edit. They are usually to prove name of parents or wife. Evidently most of them do not see it as additional work, you are the only one out of the many edits I have sent that Have complained when I send proof of parents.

RE: Elisabeth Dunn #55566195
This is one of about 35,000 people I watch, all members of my family, and in abt 7 databases. My goal in life, after researching for years, is to connect all I can on findagrave. Thank you to Find A Grave!
