Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a Marine Corps veteran and like to post memorials of my fellow veterans when I run across them somehow. Here's my 2 cents on this website. Finding a relative or friend's grave site on F.A.G. as it is sometimes refered to and I hate that abbreviation! - can be very rewarding when you have been searching for a long time and don't know where they are buried! I hope I've made your day by finding them! It makes me feel good to know if and how I helped you. Posting memorials on my relatives has in turn led other relatives to me, which has been very fulfilling and exciting. I hope you all can post a relative or two that aren't in here yet. If someone has posted one already you can request that the memorial be transfered to you if you join up in Find A Grave which is free. I would use this site years ago to search for lost relatives and figured out that they need to be entered. I like to write a short bio on them. It honors them and relatives that you've lost touch with or in many cases didn't even know excised contact you. Talk about breaking through brick walls. My family tree has grown by leaps and bounds because I posted these memorials. Even if you have just one person that has not been entered yet try it and enter them. If your not sure where they are buried enter them with no cemetery as you would with cremations. Someone may find this online and tell you where they are buried. When someone I dont even know thanks me for posting a memorial and that they broke through a brick wall because of this or just felt a closure. I searched for years for several of my family members. Little by little they turn up. Sometimes in a bunch which is fun. If there is no picture of the tombstone you can just request one and a volunteer will take one for you at no charge.

Deletions or corrections - just tell me. Click on the edit button on upper right of the memorial to ask or tell me how. Sometimes I'm a bit slow but I will respond.

Researching these family names:

Braddy, (sometimes Brady), Renspie, Roenspie, Roenspies, Schenke, Krueger, Kruger, Peacock, Oehlke, Mason, Suddith, Suddeth, Jones, Worrell, Worrel, Harrison, Hutton, Swanson, Swansen, Thiele, Clawes, Claues, Ferrier, Danielsen, Rodgers, Rogers, Thiele, Hutton, Hampton, Holder, Hamacher, VonCannon, Benya, Brehm, Balzer
.

- If you think your related give me a shout! Others have and it's been great.

Another very useful free research site I use is: Familysearch.org and My Heritage Family Tree Builder

My virtual cemeteries (on the right) have my relatives, friends, and some projects.

Grave Location
Thank you for listing our great-great grandmother, Maggie Burke in your listing. Can you tell me how to find the grave location? We have been given Lot 67, Block 1 but there is no section designation. How can we find this? An out of state relative visited the cemetery last week but the person in the office couldn't even find records with her name. What office would have full information on her?
Thank you so much for your dedication to listing the names in this old cemetery.

Hi! Thanks for posting information about James Frank Braddy. He was my great-grandfather; Lucius was my grandfather. I'd love to talk to you more about our shared relatives. -- Rhonda Jordan
