|Bio and Links|
Genealogy has become a hobby for me, kind of like working crossword puzzles. Taking an inventory of local cemeteries gets me out of the house, a little exercise and I feel like I'm contributing. I enjoy it.|
I am related to very, very few of the persons that I identify. Therefore, if you are a relative that can provide a bio and/or update the relationship links, I will gladly transfer the memorial to you, ... just ask.
If you would like to request a Transfer, please do the following. (Make sure you are logged in to Findagrave.com.)
1. From the memorial that you would like to acquire, select "Edit" followed by "Suggest a correction ...".
2. Enter your relationship and any other comments in the text area, then submit the form.
This will provide me with all of the information that I need to perform the transfer.

You make a life by what you give.”

There is some confusion about the birth year for Melissa Jane Carter-Coley-Nix. Most Census show her birth took place in 1833 to 1836, which I believe is closer than the headstone date of 1828. Can you shed any light as to where the earlier date originated? L S Gayton

In the 1910 Census of Ellijay, Gilmore County, Georgia, Mary Griggs is listed as having two children but not living. There are two children (twins) listed in Find A Grave in Fannin County. Eddie 65331832 and Neddie 65331822. Might anyone have a clue as to whether this might be the deceased children of Mary Griggs and Columbus Griggs?
|Joyce Atkinson||Edgar Harlin's headstone|
Thank you for adding my dad's headstone. I live in Birmimngham and the rest of my siblings are out of state, so this is much appreciated.
