Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a family genealogist with a passion for history, and I've been fascinated by cemeteries since I was a child, and that fascination only grows year after year.

I am happy to make legitimate corrections - I am a human being and I make mistakes. However, I will not make corrections based on calculations, as it is not reliable. I am a photographer and a transcriber; I am not a researcher. I do not add histories or obituaries, and in most cases, have not consulted cemetery records. My information is from the stones themselves. Also, please keep in mind that I cannot perform corrections on, or add links to, famous memorials.

Thank you.

Rochester, NY
I'm originally from Rochester, NY and have been an avid genealogist for a number of years. While I have not gotten into taking my own pictures, I appreciate the work you do and the help you have been. My parents and grandparents plus others are all buried in Grove Place Cemetery on Chili Ave. My cousin owns Russell Ice Cream just down Chili Ave in front of old Washington Irving School. I'm now in the Phoenix area, so if you need anything around here, I'll try to get a picture.

Kenneth MacAlpin 810-850 Memorial #8614854
Hi Kristen,
Would you have any idea how to submit a death year edit to Find-A-Grave on Kenneth's memorial, which you created and they maintain?
His death is listed as February 6, 850, yet the bio states he ruled as the first King of Scotland until 859. I believe it may just be a typo error, as my understanding is he died in 859.
The edit tab will not let me submit a correction for the death year, only the date, and there is no option to write in the information.
Thank you!

Joan of Navarre

Please correct her spouse from John V of Brittany to Jean IV de Britagne. John V was her son.

matthew mccann
My name is Brenda and also volunteer for Find a Grave.
My great great grandfather;s name was Mathew McCann and for the last 7 years my biggest brick wall!! I came across your Matthew and wondered if they were one and the same.
My Mathew was in an almshouse in 1888 in Rensselaer Co.New York, but this is an educated guess, based on other records I have of him based in Troy and because most of what I have found is based in Troy. Mo. and Ontario I doubt that our Matt's are the same, but so much of our hobby is finding our missing link by process of elimination.
With appreciation, Brenda
