|I recently joined to update my kinfolk's online info and realized what a huge commitment the avid gravers make toward keeping history alive.|
But I am so thankful that there are folks who do such a good work and hope I can help them in some small way.
If anyone has any additional info I need to add or corrections I need to make, please email and I will be glad to make the changes. If you are a close relative and are interested in a transfer, please contact me with relationship so I can consider it.

|C Mathieson||Henry Thomas Hart|
I am looking for confirmation regarding Henry Thomas Hart buried in Oswald Cemetery in Clifton, TX (#79415911). A volunteer who went to take a photograph there spoke to the manager of the cemetery who can find no record of Henry being buried there. That does not mean he isn't there, just that there is no record. Can you tell me where you found that information?
Thank you for your help. Carol
|Oleta K Newcomb||Alfred Mays|
I spent the better part of this past Friday and Saturday photographing in Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery #3.
I took pictures of five Mays markers, but I did not find Alfred. I photographed every marker I could find, but there are many, many graves without names. I am willing to have another look if you have any information that might help me locate Alfred's grave.
|Susan Mann||Three cemetery locations for Nancy Wilkerson Damron|
Hi Charlotte -
Thank you for all the work you've done with findagrave. I'm hoping with your experience you can help me sort out Nancy Damron!
There are several Damrons from the Samuel and Nancy Wilkerson Damron family listed in the Mount Carmel Cemetery, but when I click on "Find all Damrons in Adair County, I also find Nancy in Tabernacle Cemetery in Neatsville (with a monument) and Damron Cemetery.
Could you help me understand what sources are used to create the page on findagrave if there isn't an actual tombstone and inscription? I'm trying to explain to a family history class how wonderful findagrave is as a resource, so I need to know as much about it as possible!
Thank you so much!

Eudotia's birth date is 1845!
|Valice Raffi||Eudotia Chaney|
Here's the info for her:
name is correct and complete, thanks!
b: same, 1845 - in Henry Co., TN
d: same, Aug. 1867 - in Johnson, Texas
father: # 47328347 Wiley Jones
mother: # 47328436 Elizabeth B. Jones
spouse: # 14076740 Matthew Chaney
I'll ask the other Find A Grave volunteer to post his picture on your memorial. Thanks very much for all your help!
|Valice Raffi||Eudotia MacDelean|
I found your memorial for my 1st cousin 4x. Before I got ready to send you some edits, I searched for her husband's Find A Grave number, then I found another memorial for Eudotia; # 105503420.
The other memorial has more information and links but it's newer than yours. Yours is in the correct cemetery, his has "unknown burial". Your's has "MacDelean" which is correct (the other memorial has misspelled her middle name), it was her middle name, Jones was her maiden name, Chaney was her married name.
I'm copying this message to the other Find A Grave volunteer hoping you all can straighten it out!
By the way, you did an awesome job on an "unreadable stone"!

The photo has been added as requested and the duplicate memorial has been deleted. Thank you for pointing out this error.
