Bio

I'm passionate about genealogy. I'm still searching for several of my ancestors' gravesites. Frustrating at times, but hoping for success one day in Grayson Co., Texas cemeteries, especially Denison, TX. Now that I'm retired, I'm looking forward to spending more time on searching, although it will have to be mostly long-distance, as I'm on the West Coast.
I'm still searching for the parents of my great grandfather Benjamin Ogle who was born 1845-1853 in Illinois and died 1890 in Denison, Grayson Co., Texas. He was married to Rachael Emma Manley and was father of Masona, Geneva & Effie Ogle. So far none of the Benjamin Ogles born in that time period in Illinois match him, i.e., his mother was born in Germany, Father born in Delaware, USA, and he was from a prominent family.
