Genealogy & history - a great combination. :)

Now on-boarding memorials - If you are looking for someone to take any of your managed memorials transfer them to me.

If I am watching over a memorial of one of your loved ones - please ask for a transfer in the system. Unlike others, I do not hold onto memorials if unrelated to myself.

Tips for System Database Happiness:
1) Update your memorials once every 2 years.
2) Select if known Male or Female
3) Lose a memorial during creation or after? Go to your profile page and click on Managed Memorials and check.
4) Don't add memorials from newspapers or obituary websites. That's annoying & highly stupid. This is not a contest for the highest number of memorials folks!
5) Don't forget to add as much data as you have on hand.
You never know when such info will make things easier to find others looking for them.
6) Have any veterans in your memorials? Designate them as such for easier searching.

Photo Tips for the System:
If you are going to use transcribers - please do not use your cell phones to take the images without taking more than 1 shot. One up close to the headstone and the other full stone.

Take your photos when the info is completely visible on most shots. Flowers, etc may make it hard to read. For any 2nd shots - you may want to put them up on the system yourself.

New Gravers - Welcome!
