At this point in time, regretfully, I will only claim requests for (Old) Tacoma Cemetery (not New Tacoma) or Mountain View (Lakewood) Pierce County, WA.|
If you find any errors, duplications or bad photos (covered with debris or moss) that I have taken, please let me know and I will do what is appropriate. Some memorials don't photograph well but I try to get the best shot of them.
My family tree includes the Ritchey (Richey,Ritchie?), Temperley, Molinder and Stenborg lines and has expanded from there to include to many to mention here. The Ritchey history begins with Memorial 58729129. At this point the Temperley line begins with Memorial 18962125 but hopefully more to come. And the Molinder history begins with 66797509. If anyone has any additional information about these lines, please feel free to contact me.
If you are a relative of any of the names I have entered other than my own family line and would like them transferred to you for maintenance, make the request through the EDIT button on their site then the Suggest A Correction link and copy your site ID into the message as it makes it much easier for me to then transfer.
Thank you....and enjoy this addicting site.

|Annis Jean Hite Patee||RE: Harry's Parents:|
O.K. Harry Dalrymple and Harry Samples are 2 different people. Harry D. was married to Pearl Knapp....Harry S. was married to Lillie Dalrymple and they are all 4 buried in the same cemetery. I know how confusing this all is. If you have ANY questions, don't hesitate. Thanks for all you are doing.

Will be sending information on him. He is not the Harry as was married to Lillie.

I was wondering if there is a Corrine French laid to rest next to Edward W. French 'FATHER'. Is there a 'MOTHER'? I am having a very difficult time finding any information about her.
This is regarding a plot at the Tacoma Cemetery
Plot: Lot 1 B, Section 9
William Perry Sears - I left this memorial and requested that find-a-grave delete the memorial with the date 1946. Thank you for calling this to my attention.
If you will note on the Corder Cemetery page - there is a note "also known as the Sinclair Corder Cemetery.
Hope this will correct the issue. If not, please let me know.
|Betty Sears||Re: 58150945|
Looks to me like there are two memorials for William Perry Sears. I will see if I can delete this one and leave the other with the date of 1926.
I don't think I did anything with it and I'm not sure when it got transferred to me.
I had written to find-a-grave about duplicate entries in the Sinclair Corder and Corder Cemeteries.
Thank you for your work on find-a-grave.

Re: Eliza Ann Frances Richey Spillman (sometimes Spillman is spelled with one "l")
I have a copy of her Death Certificate: No. 9390 - State of Texas - Reg. Dis. No. 189; the stamped No. at the bottom of the Certificate is E720665; date the Certificate was filed is date stamped as 5 Apr 1926. One of her sons, Euclid Spillman (aka "Doc"), gave the information on the Certificate and signed as "Informant".
(I can't figure out how to "attach" it to this message board!)
The Certificate shows her date of birth as 1 April 1850 in Scotsville, KY., and her date of death to be 27 March 1926, Vickery Stop, TX. Her age at death is listed on the Certificate as 75 years, 11 months, 26 days. She died of Myocarditis. The undertaker is listed as Loudermilk-Sparkman Co. in Dallas, and her place of burial was to Cox Cemetery on 28 March 1926. Legally speaking, that should put an end to any discussion regarding which date is correct (although on Death Certificates, the information given by a survivor is only as good as their memory). The same goes for old tombstones --- the information chiseled into the stones are only as good as the information given to the person doing the work and the memory of whoever is supplying the information at that time!.
Hope this helps a little.
