|Hi, my name is Gordon Philbin.|
I love history and giving actors and people that were part of history on my FindAGrave page.
I just started today and I do hope people comment on my people I have listed.
When I am older, I plan to go to Hollywood and become an actor and director.

We searched at the Mt. View Cemetery in San Bernardino, CA.but did not find a grave site. The web pages are not always up to date, so I would suggest a call: 909-882-2943. Another thought is search all the cemeteries in S.B. county.

I am unable to upload the headstone either???? help?
I am helping somebody else right now but when I am finished I will take another look at your list. I would maybe suggest sending a list to some of the actor cemeteries like Inglewood, Forest Lawn, Hollywood Forever, etc. Some like Forest Lawn have an online burial search. Even the Nationwide Gravesite Locator or sites like Ancestry, or Genealogybank, Familysearch, etc. might be of help. Also with your Titanic people maybe contact some sort of Titanic museum or a website that is a tribute to victims or something like that..maybe they can help find some resting places.

I don't. I think that he was estranged from his father and probably other people in the family.
One of my aunts had some movie magazines from the WW2 period which featured him as up-and-coming heartthrob but his career never really took off afterwards.
In 1994, on the 50th anniversary of the film version of Moss Hart's Broadway play "Winged Victory", in which Stanley had a leading role, I wrote Hart's widow, Kitty Carlisle, if he had shown up for the party that was held, and she said that he hadn't, and that no one else seemed to have known of his whereabouts. In fact, he had died a few years earlier.

While looking for a grave, I browsed a number of your memorials and notice that a large portion of them are non-cemetery burials. Are all these people really not actually buried? I note that you have not said they were cremated with ashes scattered. Just curious, as grave location is what Find a Grave is all about...

Thanks. I always enjoy helping. Do you remember the name of the actor I sent you the correction for yesterday? I think the last name started with a V and he died in 1992. The duplicate had a grave photo but I see you deleted yours. I wanted to readd the pictures I posted on your now deleted memorial. Thanks.
Keep adding the names of these great entertainers!

You should contact famous@findagrave and have this memorial designated as 'famous'.
Merry Christmas to you and yours. I hope you have a wonderful day and an even better 2014. Thank you for all your hard work on Find A Grave.
