I enjoy helping others make the link in the chain between the past and the present. This to me is just a small way of keeping some order to things nobody can remember off the top of their head. South Georgia is my home base and the rest of the world is our place to engage. Thanks for all you do to keep this site going. Remember it takes special people to do special things. If I may be of assistance let me know.|

Many Blessings to you! Thank you so much for your very kind words of encouragement! :-)
|Anne Hain||RE: Doub Family|
Sorry there was no marker or headstone four Doub Family in WLHC. Joel Doub is buried in South Lawn Section, Plot: 1025RMG Grave: 1.
|Gerry Hill||Found it. Did it.|
|Gerry Hill||RE: Roberts Family Members|
I have not previously seen that feature on my page. But I think I did once. Will look again. (Friend) I spent all day on it- and found most of my dates.
|Gerry Hill||Excuse me|
I clicked on your name from the Cemetery page-but it does not show up-I forgot. The Roberts Family Cemetery.Robert died 1982, so not sure why you did not see his grave. Gladys is beside him, but with no Marker etc.
I believe we talked before- about the King's?
I wonder how you happened on this cemetery? I added my two wonderful neighbors who are buried there. Robert (Isiah Roberts) has a grave slab and Marker, but the family member where Gladys moved after Roberts death, took her money, and insurance, and never put a marker on her. (Meadows buried both)
Do you know the family? I found Robert's death online, and know he died here, so I could get his death certificate. I wonder if any of them have his birth, and Gladys birth and death? She came back here to be buried from Buffalo NY, and Meadows might still have and give me the record. But at 76, with hip problems, I don't get around much anymore. Any help?

I am sorry I never got to respond to this! I had a baby right before Thanksgiving and got quite busy. Thank you! I hope you are doing well and have a Happy Easter!
|Fran Bundy||Controlling Contributors|
Thank you so much for contacting me about Ellen. You are the second person to do so. Over the years, I have made contact with a handful of contributors like her. It is truly unfortunate and I really believe there is a "control issue" with the memorials... which in my opinion is totally unnecessary and
makes working on Findagrave very unpleasant. It's as if she means to degrade some of us. Sad, but I guess she can't help it. Her problem, not mine. One can have as much education as possible, but it does not make us nice or cooperative.
My very best to you fellow graver! With appreciation for your support,
PS... if you go to the memorial in question, she made a link but it was not a reciprocal one. Pull up Maxcy C Moorhead (listed incorrectly by Ellen)in the state of Georgia and you will see it. What was the purpose in doing this, IF she did not receive adequate information? She would not answer this when I e-mailed her.
