Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi!

A lifelong resident of Salt Lake County, I was born at 5:57 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 1992 at Holy Cross Hospital (now Salt Lake Regional Medical Center) in the East Central neighborhood of Salt Lake City.

Raised in West Valley City, I currently reside in the Liberty Wells neighborhood of Salt Lake City and am a proud Salt Laker.

Family history research led me to discover Find A Grave one day back in August of 2006. I subsequently joined and have greatly enjoyed contributing here since. I feel honored and privileged to be able to help document and memorialize the lives of those who came before me as well as preserve their information for future generations. It is truly a labor of love for me.

When not doing genealogical research, I'm deeply involved in Democratic politics at the local, state, and national levels. I also enjoy reading, writing (I currently serve as a staff writer for Utah Political Capitol), and listening to '70s and '80s music.

Please let me know of any corrections or additions that need to be made to one of my memorials.

As for transfers, I don't subscribe to the four-generation rule. If I've added a memorial for one of your relatives or friends and you would like to manage it, please let me know and I will be more than happy to transfer the memorial to you.

Click on my profile picture for a list of family surnames.

If you have time, please leave flowers for my grandfather, Brent Curtis; my grandfather, Norm Gibbons; my grandmother, Gae Gibbons; my aunt, Jane Brandenburg; my uncle, Marc Curtis; and my cousin, Clair Harward

Hello I noticed the obituary and family record you did for my grandfather JOHN WILFORD OLDHAM.
I thank you for your listing.
But I think you should know it is incomplete, he hada brbrother chic and s son John Duane Oldham, also a daughter Carol Syphus Oldham married to Harry Judd Syphus.
My mother is merilyn Oldham Houskeeper.
Again I thank you, Edith Whitaker.

Allen Davenport Sellers
Yourinformation came through 24 April 2009 with
Find a Grave Memorial #36264402. Great grandpa's second wife had a tombstone there, Eliza Salisbury, but I see no real evidence that great grandpa was buried there.
So my question, did you see a tombstone? Did the Sexton say he was there? Was there a written record from the cemetery that Allen Davenport Sellers was really buried in the cemetery? I wish I could know for sure!!
Any additional knowledge is appreciated.

Thank you for all the work you have done.

Tony Curtis
Hi Ryan
Thomas Curtis is my 9th great grandfather (I believe) and he is the last Curtis I can find in my line. Do you happen to have any information regarding his ancestors?

Thanks,
Tony
